Cancellation Policy
At REIKI By_TianaMiha I Sacred Healing 963, all healing sessions are held in a sacred and dedicated space of time and energy. As the sole practitioner, I deeply value each client’s commitment and respectfully ask that the following policy is honoured: Rescheduling & Cancellations: Clients may reschedule or cancel appointments up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time. Cancellations with more than 24 hours' notice will receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will receive a 50% refund of the session fee. Late Arrivals (In-Person Sessions): If you are running late for an in-person session, please contact Sacred_Healing_963 on mobile provided on our Google Business Page immediately. Sessions may be shortened to accommodate the schedule, and missed appointments will not be extended beyond the original booking time. No Refund Policy for Completed Sessions: No refunds will be issued once a session has been started and/or completed, whether in person, via Zoom, or through remote (off-grid) healing. Digital Products: All sales of digital products, downloads, or emailed materials are final. No refunds or exchanges will be offered once the product has been purchased.
